[Building Sakai] richfaces3.2 with sakai Application

1)my requirment is richfaces3.2 with sakai application
in richfaces3.2 fileupload component is there.
if i integrate richfaces3.2 in sakai,its not working 

Tool id exception is coming...
if any one know ,please reply me
