[Building Sakai] LessonBuilder build error (in an unusual setup)

I discovered the error of my ways. The lessonbuilder poms were referencing
basiclti version 2.0-SNAPSHOT. I had grabbed the a ".x" version of
lessonbuilder which I've learned I should avoid. When I changed the poms to
cite an actual version of basiclti, it built successfully.

Hopefully my mistakes will serve as a warning to others. :)
