Hi Steve,

Yes, I am using Mysql 5.5.22

I did the following:

* I reinstalled Tomcat 5.5.32
* I installed the sakai-src-2.8.1

With this configuration, built perfectly and without errors, including 
SAKAI_PERSON_T table \o/.
