[Building Sakai] SQL Exception

What version Sakai are you using? 

The issue with SAKAI_PERSON_T was fixed in 2.8.1 and up:
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-20598

It's a simple fix, and there is info in that ticket if you need to do it manually.
