[Building Sakai] Melete and Lesson Builder

Due to a lack of coffee I switched my terms in the second paragraph below.

Melete does a very nice Content Package Export (CP) but does not do a Common Cartridge (CC) import or export.

The rest of what I say below is pretty much correct...
