[Building Sakai] Google scholar. Missing "Import into Sakai"

There is this file that google checks for

http://sakaiproject.org/sakaibrary/registry.txt

Based on prior research, Google would access this file 3 and 5 p.m. Eastern
time each Monday of the month.

If it has a single failure finding this file, it would erase it's previous
version and we'd be out of luck for a week (yea great eh?). Google was not
willing to change this access process AFIAK. (To either retain the old data
on failure or schedule a recheck) I had setup a process at Michigan that
would verify every 5 minutes if this file existed, though since I've left I
don't know if this system is still running.

It looks like the last time Google tried to get it was last week as
expected? at around 5PM?

It should also try to get it today at ~5PM EDT.

Not sure why it wouldn't be working otherwise?
