[Building Sakai] SQL Exception

I changed the hibernate.dialect from MySQLInnoDBDialect to MySQL5InnoDBDialect. It starts up fine, except the problem with SAKA_PERSON_T but I will apply the patcht that I found from the readings I had. Hopefully, after the patch everything work out fine.
