[Building Sakai] how to change page structure

As discussed off list, you can easily set the logged out page to be a URL outside of Sakai via:
gatewaySiteUrl=/welcome
This is what I have done for ANU's Sakai environment:
https://alliance.anu.edu.au

This is part of the portal since at least 2.8.
