[Building Sakai] Building path problem

Hi All,
I have import sakai-velocity tool to eclipse. But it gives following
errors.Can some one help me.
Archive for required library:
'/home/gayan/.m2/repository/commons-collections/commons-collections/3.1/commons-collections-3.1.pom'
in project 'sakai-velocity-tool' cannot be read or is not a valid ZIP file
sakai-velocity-tool Build path Build Path Problem
Project 'sakai-velocity-tool' is missing required Java project:
