[Building Sakai] spring mvc maven archetype

Aatish,

Currently the archetype that you are using, uses the spring version 
bundled with sakai.  If you would like to try and use Spring 3.1 with 
the project that was created via the archetype I would change the 
pom.xml in the tool directory to have version numbers and types for the 
spring dependencies.

Just so you know this could take some playing with, as I am not 100% 
sure if Spring 3.1 dependencies will match to the dependencies in the 
archetype.
