[Building Sakai] Problem with UC Davis maven repo?

For local builds a temporary fix is to do a manual copy of the POM....

download...
http://repository.opencastproject.org/nexus/content/groups/public/com/sun/jersey/jersey-project/1.1.5.1/jersey-project-1.1.5.1.pom

copy to....
~/..m2/repository/com/sun/jersey/jersey-project/1.1.5.1

build.
