[Building Sakai] Nightly instance running experimental contrib projects

In case you weren't aware, there's a nightly (trunk) instance that is setup to run a handful of contrib projects.
http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org/

Specifically, it's this one:
http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8085/portal

I also added a link on the dashboard view above that mentions the modules that have been added to that build:
https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/sakai/branches/sakai-trunk-experimental/TOOLS.txt

It'll obviously change over time, but right now it's got the following:
Assignment2
Dashboard
Reports
Hierarchy
Delegated Access

If you've got a contrib project (or some other project that's in svn but not part of the main release) let me know what it is and we can see about adding it to this build. In order for it to work it's got to build with trunk (2.10-SNAPSHOT) artifacts.
