[Building Sakai] trunk build error with lessonbuilder+assignment2

Agreed, these apis for assignment2 etc are not in the repositories.

They either need to be protected with (optional) profiles that either are
activated with command switches or detected based on the local presence of
the tool or the artifacts deployed to a repository.
