[Building Sakai] Building problem in eclipce

Hi,
I am try to clean  and build the project. Then it gives lot of error
related to building path problem.I have mention one of them below. Is it a
problem of class path.Because I M2_REPO was there when I was trying to add
it.MAVEN_REPO  haven't  added.

Description Resource Path Location Type
Project 'accountvalidator-impl' is missing required library:
'/home/gayan/.m2/repository/cglib/cglib-nodep/2.1_3/cglib-nodep-2.1_3.jar'
