[Building Sakai] 2.9 deployment

We working in some local changes for 2.9 too and we are going to install it
in at least one of our customers before summer. We agree with you about
jiras, most of them are. When the final 2.9 will be released we will update
code. Maybe in the road we will patch some jiras if they are "blocker".

Rutgers is currently in the process of installing local changes into 2.9, I
believe beta 2, but maybe beta 3. We looked at the Jiras, and our impression
is that there are no serious problems that aren't already present in 2.8.1.
Are any other sites planning to implement 2.9 for summer or fall?
