[Building Sakai] Problem with UC Davis maven repo?

Hello,

My local Gradebook2 builds are failing on dependencies located 
in the UC Davis maven repo at:

http://maven2.ucdavis.edu/maven2/

For example, this directory isn't available (returns an error):

http://maven2.ucdavis.edu/maven2/com/extjs/gxt/2.2.4-gwt22/

Is anyone else seeing this?
