[Building Sakai] 2.9.x build issue

What type of error are you getting? All indies in 2.9.x parent are master
and reference the current beta (2.9.0-b03), which is in maven central. I
believe warehouse might have been incorrectly flagged as an indie, but the
b03 release of warehouse did build okay.
