[Building Sakai] How to change Time Zone of all users

Hi,

You will need to set your jvm's timezone to match waht you expect so 
that the system default matches your users expectations. So you will 
need something like this in you javaopts:

-Duser.timezone='Africa/Johannesburg'

Where the string matches your timezone.
