[Building Sakai] CRUDPlus-OTP

my first purpose is:
1. teacher and student upload document file with description and
reference...
2. category and  searchable of uploaded files...
3. on the click uploaded file then only readable document...
4. word dictionary. this is so many word  with eng -> ru, eng -> esp etc ...
