[Building Sakai] Using files on Resource from LessonBuilder

Hi there,

We are now struggling from using files on Resource from LessonBuilder when
the path includes ' ' (white space) and Japanese characters as
follows:

2012-03-08 23:16:37,855  WARN http-bio-8080-exec-22 org.sakaiproject.content.impl.DbContentService - : failed to read resource: /group/3536a28f-f2bb-4f69-84c5-33aefa1fe482/Information Security/urls/http:__musashi-framework.jp_temp_kakuduke_viewer-lite.swf len: 57 : java.io.FileNotFoundException: /cls/content/sakai (Is a directory)

We are using mod_proxy to connect Tomcat 8080 with URIEncoding="UTF-8"
so that I suspect that LessonBuilder causes this problem.

Do you have any suggestions?
