[Building Sakai] Samigo reported errors

We are receiving several reported errors from Samigo since 3 months ago. 
The requested paths are:

We have found this Jira : SAK-6553 
<https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-6553> but it is unresolved. 
This error happens when the instructor is authoring questions or 
assessments. We don't know why it happens. Does anyone know why it happens?
