[Building Sakai] Scribe Web Annotation Tool

Welcome Scriblists!

While Open ID authentication might be a worthy goal (I'm a big fan), I'd
say you may get significant traction by working to make Scrible an IMS LTI
compatible tool, if such an integration is feasible given Scrible's use
patterns. LTI integration might enable an instructor to ask students to use
Scrible more easily in a class.
