[Building Sakai] [Using Sakai] iclicker and gradebook2

Note that there is an integration plugin here:
https://source.sakaiproject.org/contrib/iclicker/trunk/

That imports the data directly to the gradebook through the service so
it should work fine with both GB1 and GB2.
