[Building Sakai] nightly trunk down

Agreed, keep hibernate upgrade, fix forums. A number of tools used named hibernate queries, so whatever is learned from this fix might be relevant elsewhere. 

I'll bring up trunk locally to see what the problem is though we will likely need forums developers to take a look too.
