[Building Sakai] Lesson Builder 2.8.1 binary

Incidentally, the version of Lesson builder in 2.9b05 is a problem. I added a new feature of the UI that turned out not to have been QAed well enough. It's been removed, but that snapshot caught it. In the future I'll do changes like that to trunk first.
