[Building Sakai] samigo delivery dates can't be saved

I use sakai 2.8.1 and samigo has updated to 2.8.5.

The client os is Chinese and browers are Chinese version. Before my former email, I had change my language to en-us in sakai preferences tool.
The date format displays as "06/07/2012 09:10:27 AM". (If use Chinese the date format is like "06/07/2012 12:07:48 下午 ".) 
The dates still cannot be saved after changing to en-us.

I use sakai 2.8.1 and samigo 2.8.5. Using the "Settings" to edit pending assessments or published assessments. But delivery dates, including available date, due date and retract date, can't save into DB. Date format are as "06/07/2012 09:10:27 AM". Firefox and Internet Explorer are the same result. And the following are the tomcat output.
