[Building Sakai] Mailsender for 2.9-SNAPSHOT

Hi,

I just checked out 2.9-SNAPSHOT, while compiling I am getting error 
message that mailsender 1.7-SNAPSHOT is trying to use 2.10-SNAPSHOT.

I commented out mailsender from master pom and core-deploy.. Everything 
works just fine.. I am wondering what version of mailsender, I need in 
master pom or if I compile mailsender locally which one will work with 
2.9-SNAPSHOT.
