[Building Sakai] Gradebook export customization fields

I am working on SAK-22204, where the idea is that, institutions want
different format of gradebook export file, which they can use to import
into the registrar in their respective universities.
This would be achieved by configuring the following sakai properties:

gradebook.institutional.export.enabled={true|false}
gradebook.institutional.export.headers={true|false}
gradebook.institutional.export.fields={CSV list of columns like userid,
userEid, courseGrades}

The fields will be defined in the language bundles, where one can customize
the header Title of each fields.
Some of the possible fields as listed in the jira are:
userId, userEid, userEmail, userName, siteId, siteTitle, courseGrade,
item{grade item name} ,sortName (lastname, firstname),

So, the question is
- what are the possible fields that your institutions are interested in? Is
there any fields that are not covered in the list above?
- what should be the defaults list of fields, I am guessing, it can be want
we currently have in gradebook export- userEid, sortName (lastname,
firstname), courseGrade
