[Building Sakai] How do I put the further translated files

How do I put the further translated files of
https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-22097 into the trunk? The issue
was created on the address of https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-22318,
and David Roldan Martinez was assigned, but no response has been received
so far. Can somebody please help me on this issue.
