[Building Sakai] NPE in melete

I'm seeing an NPE in melete that results in the modules not being listed
in certain views. It starts out like:

  java.lang.NullPointerException
        at org.etudes.component.app.melete.ModuleDB.correctSections(ModuleDB.java:1419)... 

Which looks like it could be ME-848 as listed at
http://etudes.org/melete_features.htm 

But it's hard to tell because jira.etudes.org requires a login so I
can't get any more info about that issue. Anyway, the attached patch
seems to help.
