[Building Sakai] Installing 2.9.0-b05

Hi, Nguni.

When I installed 2.9.x a few days ago, I found that there wasn't an 
installation guide for Sakai 2.9 like there has been for previous 
versions. There is one page 
(https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=81756286) 
but is a copy of a previous one and it is pretty obsolete (i.e. Tomcat 
5.5 included as necessary). I think that the page will be updated when 
the stable release is launched.

However, I found extremely useful this guide: 
https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/BOOT/Development+Environment+Setup+Walkthrough 
, which is updated to 2.9's technical specifications, including some 
hack for Tomcat 7 libraries folders.
