[Building Sakai] Installing 2.9.0-b05

Hi All,

I did a checkout of Sakai 2.9.0-b05 from tags.

I was able to build and deploy successfully to Apache 7.0.28.

However, on startup, I'm getting errors: 

IllegalStateException,
Then LifeCycleException: failed to start component.

What am I doing wrong?

What do I need to do?
