[Building Sakai] export assessment bug in Sakai 2.8.x

Dear All

We have deployed sakai 2.8.0,


1. when exporting an assessment as "QTI v 1.2", SAKAI complains:

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with
it. The document tree is shown below.

<error-report>java.lang.NullPointerException</error-report>


2. when exporting an assessment as "Content Packaging", it apparently does
so without problem, but exportAssement.XML file contain only

<error-report>java.lang.NullPointerException</error-report>

and imsManifist contain some valid tags.


I upgraded sakai 2.8.0 to sakai 2.8.1 but same problem.
then upgraded sakai 2.8.1 to sakai 2.8.2 still same problem.
