[Building Sakai] BigBlueButton Meeting Tool v1.0.7

Hello everyone,

After a last round of testing and killing few bugs reported by the
community the only relevant issue we have is the BBB-80 that by the way I
just cannot reproduce in any way. Hence we believe the tool is mature
enough to be released as an stable one.

As we would like to release it the next week, we are calling all of you to
participate in the final test. Your help will be very much appreciated.
