Hi All,

I have made my site joinable. I then send an email to someone that has login details the link to join the site. However, when they click on the link, the login screen appears, they log in, but then they are not redirected to the site and joined to it.

What is the use case for links and joinable sites? Can they only join by searching for the site in Worksite Setup and then clicking join?

Also, after creating a site, when I go to Site Info, there is a site for the URL. However, if I go directly to this url, it does not direct me to the course site. Has anyone experienced this and know why this might be the case? Any help is appreciated.

Kind Regards,
Nguni
