[Building Sakai] Steve Githens' Etherpad Basic LTI integration

Howdy

Any chance I can take a peek at this code?

Does it use the HTTP API provided for the new EtherPad Lite at
https://github.com/Pita/etherpad-lite/wiki/HTTP-API with perhaps Linktool
passing the parameters?
