[Building Sakai] Configure a role of instructor so that he just can update Site Info (course's syllabus) only

Hi Raad,
Thanks for your advise. I have configured like you asked, I had created a
file in Resource tool and make a link to it in "Site Info URL" but when I
open course site, the browser always try to download that file. Have i done
right all steps?
