[Building Sakai] mailarchive not showing message from 2.7-land

Greetings.

We recently upgraded from 2.7 to 2.8 and just noticed that emails
archived before the upgrade are not visible in the tool IU. The db
values look markedly similar across the time boundary.

There appear to have been some changes to the Storage classes since
2.7 and I wonder of that might have something to do with it.

Does this strike a chord with anyone?
