[Building Sakai] Sakai 2.8.1 and Tomcat 5.5.31 OK?

I would strongly underscore Steve's suggestion:  the latest stable 5.5 
releas3 (5.5.35) is what you should use (It's what we use with our Sakai 
2.8 installation)
