[Building Sakai] Autogenerate .ics file name in calendar export

I was actually going to look at getting the oxford stuff into trunk later
today/tomorrow and testing some of the export files in various clients as
we've had some reports of some clients not being able to import correctly.

I/we can see then how your suggestion would look with this new
functionality enabled.
