[Building Sakai] Autogenerate .ics file name in calendar export

Hi Steve,

Thanks, but I meant something simpler, namely autogenerating a 
complicated name for the publicly exported .ics file. So that box where 
you type the name of the file you want to export gets prepopulated with 
a UUID. That way, as long as students don't pass it around outside their 
course it stays private. I realise it's hack, but it's probably easy to 
do and better than nothing.
