[Building Sakai] Resources Access via Database

I have the need to access files uploaded to Resources, 'outside' of Sakai and WEBDAV, and am curious if this is even possible.

For example – under Resources is a Policies folder, and multiple documents that will change. I'd like to list those file with links to them in a webpage on another server.  The file names will change and the number of files in that folder may change as well so the list will have to be dynamic, not simply hardcoded to resources.

Can I query the database to build a set of urls if I know the SAKAI_ID?  And if so – anyone have any pointers or SQL they'd like to share?
