[Building Sakai] Resources tool unzip option

Hi All,

I see that Ithaca has an option to unzip files in one of their videos of
the resources tool:
https://sites.google.com/a/ithaca.edu/sakai/home/moving-files

Where can I get the information regarding this, or did they develop it
themselves. Is this just a config issue. How can I be able to get this
to work on our resources tool?
