[Building Sakai] green checkmarks appear on wrong FIB question

Hi Raul,

I think https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAM-973 reports the same
issue. We haven't gotten a chance to work on it. You can add yourself to
the  watch list of SAM-973 and so you can get updates once we fix it.
