[Building Sakai] Versions to start using Nakamura and 3akai-ux

What versions of Nakamura and 3akai-ux do I have to checkout to correctly
work with Sakai OAE?? What are the latest stable versions?

I followed the tutorial in
https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/3AK/Hello+World+Tutorial but
the address http://localhost:8080/dev/my_sakai.html (Step 5) doesn't exist,
and in http://localhost:8080/me#l=dashboard, I click in Add Widget, but
myhelloworld isn't in the list (yes in
http://localhost:8080/var/widgets.json).
