[Building Sakai] Here are the steps to duplicate the problem in MSGCNTR-604

Hi MSGCNTR fans!
I found a way to repeatedly duplicate the
MSGCNTR-604<https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/MSGCNTR-604>problem
in 2.7 or 2.8 forums. The back button is the problem.

1. Click reply to a post.
2. *Click the browser's back button. *
3. Click reply again.
4. Type something in the box and post. The dreaded multiple tabs message
will appear.

I duplicated this on our site and also here:
http://nightly2.sakaiproject.org:8087/portal/

Does anybody have thoughts on how to fix it?
