[Building Sakai] Sakai 2.9 Beta Tag available

Hi everyone,

   Thanks to the hard work of Chris Maurer and the rest of the release team, we have a 2.9 Beta-01 tag ready for testing:

   If you manage a Sakai QA instance, please consider updating to this tag as soon as possible:

    The 2.9 release schedule is available in confluence (https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/REL/Sakai+2.9.0+Release+Schedule), with a release date sometime this Spring (for those of us in the Northern Hemisphere).
