[Building Sakai] Viewing results of Evaluation System

We're running Sakai 2.7.1 and having some trouble with instructors
viewing the results of evaluations. It appears that the setting
"Number of days old can an eval be and still be recently closed"
controls whether instructors can view the results of being evaluated.
When that much time has passed since the evaluation was completed,
they can no longer view their evaluations.

Can the evaluations be configured to make the results viewable indefinitely?

Also I'd like to note that it was not easy to determine that this
setting was controlling viewability - it was found by trial and error,
changing many configuration options in an attempt to find any that
affected the instructor views.
