[Building Sakai] Profile2

Profile2 is a core "indie" tool.  It is built independently and deployed
via the core-deploy/pom.xml definition.

Msgcntr, Samigo, Webservices, and BasicLTI follow the same model in 2.8.x.
 Even more tools are indies in 2.9.x: assignment, announcement to name a
couple.
