[Building Sakai] Create Turnitin Class & Assignment Process Flow in SAKAI

Kindly confirm if Assignments 2 should appear as shown in the link below
under ( Adding an Assignment (with class, user) ):

Once I configure TII, I only get two additional fields in that form,
namely:
- Use Turnitin
- Allow students to view report

Kindly point to the version of Assignments 2 and TII Content review, as we
require all the options shown in the link above.
